Key holding, scheduled inspection and maintenance:

Where a property is left vacant for any reason or while on sale, they can become a target for vandalism. We offer a key holding service where we will make regular site inspections, thereby reducing the risk of squatters and vandalism, any signs of attempted entry or general vandalism will be reported to the property agent/owner, and any action needed will be discussed. We also carry out scheduled site maintenance such as keeping grounds and gardens trimmed back and any littering removed maintaining kerbside appeal, up to full window and entry boarding up where required.
